Delivery and Returns

Eco Friendly Packaging

We wrap all orders by hand in our studio using recycled tissue paper and card. You will receive your Atelier Parsmei order in a 100% biodegradable slim sleeve.  For larger orders, we use recycled carton boxes.

SHIPPING

Please allow 2-5 business days for handling and shipping. We generally ship worldwide but if your country is not in our list of destinations, please contact us at hello@atelierparsmei.com and we will gladly assist you with alternative shipping arrangements.

Orders placed on a Friday or in the weekend will be processed in the following week.

Deliveries are shipped via carbon neutral shipment with tracking number  via Swisspost, DPD, DHL or UPS depending on the most reasonable shipping costs.  Read more about our shipping partners environmental commitment by clicking on their name.

SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND (2-5 business days)

Shipping within Switzerland is FREE

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (3-5 business days)

For deliveries within the EU we charge a reduced shipping fee of 20 CHF for all orders below CHF 400. The fee will be applied at checkout.

Orders with a total amount of CHF 400 and more are eligible for FREE EU SHIPPING.

Customs may add an additional duty and tax fee depending on your country of residency.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD (EXCL. SWITZERLAND AND EU) (5-10 business days)

For international deliveries we charge a reduced shipping fee of 30 CHF for all orders below CHF 400. The fee will be applied at checkout.

Orders with a total amount of CHF 450 and more are eligible for FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Customs may add an additional duty and tax fee depending on your country of residency.

We cannot guarantee delivery times. You should receive your parcel within the given times above.

International orders may be subject to delays at customs.

Once an order ships and is in transit, the order can not be canceled.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for any returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CUSTOMS POLICY

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the Customer which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in your total amount at time of checkout. Duty and import tax is determined by the customs agency of your shipping country and beyond our control. We are unable to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate these costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore the order will no longer be eligible for refund.

Any goods rerouted back after 3 failed delivery attempts will be re-sent back at the customers expense.

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to locate packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating the lost package. We highly recommend choosing a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are mindful of our environmental footprint and would like to support limited returns/exchanges.

Whilst we are confident you will love your Atelier Parsmei garment and we try to avoid carrying stock, we do want to ensure you have peace of mind making a purchase with us. So, we accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved. We need to be notified about the item you wish to return or exchange and the reason for it. Before returning an item please use our return form and enter the reason for the return and enclose it inside your return package.

Exchanges are especially time sensitive as we do not keep large amounts of stock, so it is important you get in touch with us to secure a different size or style.

We are only able to accept returns that meet the following conditions:

  • All returned items are unused, unwashed and in perfect condition.
  • Labels have not been removed.
  • The return item is in the original packaging.

Any items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Once we have received the return item and inspected it, we will send you an email regarding your refund. It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Get in touch with us if after 14 days you have not received an email.

Please ensure that the goods are securely wrapped and the completed returns form is enclosed.

We will not issue refunds or exchanges on items that do not arrive or arrive damaged.

Domestic/ International/ EU shipping costs and associated custom costs are non-refundable. All cost for return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. This includes orders with free shipping.

We highly recommend customers returning goods to use a parcel service or courier that provides a tracked service. Returns sent via a courier should have a signed pro forma invoice attached outside the parcel. Please mark your international return as “Switzerland Returned Goods.”  A full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or stolen.

Returns will be made via the original payment method used when placing the order, excluding the original shipping cost.

The length of time to receive a refund depends on the respective payment method.
