General Terms & Conditions
- Scope
The website www.atelierparsmei is owned and operated by Zanti AG, Reckenbuehlstrasse 21, Luzern, Switzerland. The following terms and conditions (“GTC”) for online orders worldwide apply to both the customer (“Customer” or “You”) and the supplier Atelier Parsmei (Switzerland) (“We” or “Us” or “Our”) for the current version at the time of placing an order.
Atelier Parsmei reserves the right to amend the terms of use at any time without giving reasons. Tenderers will be informed in good time before the effective date.
Variation of, or additional or conflicting Customer conditions will not be recognised, unless We have expressly agreed in writing to their validity.
- Registration and data protection
Proper registration is required for the use of the offers found on Our online shop. When You register, You, as the Customer, must provide accurate and complete information.
We are not under any obligation to accept the registration or orders of a registered Customer. Likewise, We are under no obligation to provide Our services on a permanent basis. Orders that have already been confirmed remain unaffected.
If incomplete or incorrect information is provided upon registration, or if You fail to notify Us of any changes, We are entitled with immediate effect to exclude You from using the online shop.
Each Customer is only authorised to maintain one Customer account at a time. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.
Our data protection privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.
- Offer and contract
The listing of the range of products shown on www.atelierparsmei.com does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking on the order button, You are confirming a binding order of the products in Your shopping cart. An automated email confirming that We have received Your order is generated immediately after the order is sent. With this email confirmation, the purchase agreement is concluded.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made in accordance with the selected sample or model as per its description. We reserve the right to make changes to colour, structure and workmanship.
Sales are made exclusively to consumers who are at least 18 years of age and of full legal capacity.
- Pricing and payment
For orders from Our online shop, the prices quoted are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Our website also allows you to see the prices in EUR, USD and GBP.
Payment for the items takes place via the methods of payment suggested in the order process (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay) and under the specified conditions. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods. Please refer to Payment Terms for more information.
Any costs incurred for bank transactions must be fully borne by the Customer.
Invoices and credit notes will only be sent in electronic format.
- Delivery
We offer Our products worldwide. Deliveries are shipped via carbon neutral shipment either via Swisspost or DPD or DHL or UPS depending on the most reasonable shipping costs.
The specified delivery times are for reference purposes only and are therefore only approximate and nonbinding. Disruptions not caused by Us or by a company commissioned by Us (such as a logistics company for contract fulfilment), or in the case of force majeure, may further delay delivery. We will notify You of any such shipment disruptions as soon as We receive notice of them.

- Title retention
All goods remain the property of Atelier Parsmei until full payment has been received.
- Transport damages
If goods are delivered to You with obvious transport damage, We ask that You immediately file a complaint with the shipping company and that You contact Us as soon as possible.
- Promotional codes
Promotional vouchers or coupons are valid only within the given time period and can only be redeemed once as part of the order process. Individual items may be excluded from the coupon promotion.
Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completion of the order process. Compensation for a voucher after ordering is complete is not possible.
You cannot use more than one promotional voucher per order.
If the credit balance of a promotional voucher is insufficient for an order, the difference in price can be paid using one of the provided payment options.
Promotional vouchers are non transferable. Use of a voucher for commercial purposes is not permitted. Copying, editing or manipulating vouchers is also prohibited.
- Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers and gift cards can be redeemed for purchasing items on Our website.
Gift vouchers are issued after receipt of the purchase price and sent either electronically or via post. The period of validity and the amount is noted on the gift voucher.
The validity of a gift voucher is generally two years upon date of issue unless the voucher shows a different period of validity. An extension of the validity period is not possible. Unredeemed gift vouchers or remaining credits expire after expiry of the validity period and will not be refunded.
The credit of a gift voucher will not be paid in cash or credit.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Gift vouchers cannot be credited retrospectively.
If the credit balance of a gift voucher is insufficient for an order, the difference can be paid using the offered payment options.
Any excess amount left over on a gift voucher will remain on the voucher. A refund or cash payment of the remaining balance is not possible.
Gift vouchers cannot be combined with promotional vouchers.
In the event of loss, theft or illegibility not caused by Us of gift vouchers, We assume no liability.
Gift vouchers are transferable. However, commercial resale is prohibited unless We give expressly written authorisation. Copying, editing or manipulating of vouchers is also prohibited. We reserve the right to claim damages in case of noncompliance.
- Returns
Products can be returned within 10 working days of receipt by informing Us in writing via email of the return within this time period.

We are only able to accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- All returned items are unused, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- Labels have not been removed.
- The return item is in the original packaging.
Any items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Domestic/ International/ EU shipping costs and associated custom costs are non-refundable. All cost for return shipment (domestic, EU and international) is the responsibility of the customer. This includes orders with free shipping. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or stolen.
Once we have received the returned items, we will send you an email regarding your refund. It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
Returns will be made via the original payment method used when placing the order
The length of time to receive a refund depends on the respective payment method.

- Damage
Upon receipt of goods, You are obliged to check them for accuracy, completeness and damage and to immediately notify Us of any defects. Without such notice, we cannot process a refund.

- Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. However, We are not liable for de minimis or moderate negligence, for indirect or third party loss, for any consequential economic loss or loss of profits, loss due to delay in delivery, or for any actions of Our agents. Mandatory legal rights are accepted.
Links on this website to other websites are provided solely for Your information and for a better navigation experience. Where links to other websites or sources are made, We are not responsible or liable for the availability of external websites or sources. The content available on such websites or through such sources is not Our own content, and any liability or warranty with respect to such content is excluded.
The assignment of the sustainability icons to the respective garments is based on the information we receive from Our textile suppliers and Our Factories on the basis of a detailed enquiry, in which, among other things, the manufacture, production routes and transport are queried. The icons do not represent a recognised seal or certificate and do not meet official standards.
We make every effort to provide our online store platform without interruption. However, We cannot, for example, guarantee the proper functioning of the Internet, servers and data transmission, there may be interruptions in access to the online store. Availability may also be interrupted from time to time for reasons of maintenance and improvement. Atelier Parsmei endeavours to keep this to a minimum.
- Final provisions
The contract language is in English and prevails in English, even when the General Terms and Conditions of Business can be translated and available in languages other than English.
In the event of disagreements or disputes in connection with the online shop www.atelierparsmei.com, Swiss law applies to the exclusion of all laws on international purchases of movable goods.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the domicile of Atelier Parsmei in Canton Luzern, Switzerland.
